1. All Sales Are Final

All bookings made through www.cnycarriagecompany.com
are non-refundable. Once a reservation is confirmed and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to customer cancellation, no-shows, or changes in personal circumstances.

2. Rescheduling Policy

While payments are non-refundable, we may, at our sole discretion, allow customers to reschedule their booking to a different date and time, subject to availability and proper notice. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 1 day before the original booking date. Additional fees may apply.

3. Weather & Operational Conditions

In the event that CNY Carriage Company must cancel a ride or event due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen operational circumstances, customers will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds will not be provided.

4. Gift Certificates and Promotional Bookings

All gift certificates, promotional offers, and discounted bookings are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value.
